I still remember my Yahoo! ID and password but the problem is when I login, I'm asked to provide the security question which I already forgot the answer. I don't have any other recovery ways like "alternate email" or "phone number".
I tried also the answers from this Forgot my Yahoo! mail password but seems to be not applicable to me or not working.
Is there any email we can send for support? Since hotline numbers are for UK & Canada only I think.

I can't get into Yahoo email and keep getting the same crap from Yahoo support: an engineering problem on the East Coast that should be fixed in 2-6 hours.
Meanwhile, three days have passed! The password has been reset 100 times, and I have been told it's not a problem on my end. I tried everything suggested here in a previous post, including us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail.
Is there any way I can access my mail?

I got locked out of my email after someone in Houston, Texas hacked into it. I called a number for Yahoo that no one else can seem to find and they told me that I had to pay $100 because my Yahoo server had been compromised. I use my cell phone for my email and I am fairly confident that I am not responsible for Yahoo's email server. Any ideas on what I can do? Because I am getting nowhere with Yahoo

I'd like to create a Yahoo! account. The signup page won't let me proceed without entering a cell phone number, and it won't recognize my Google Voice number as a valid cell phone number. Is there a workaround to be able to create a Yahoo! account without having a cell phone that can receive SMS messages?

Since last few months Yahoo! messenger in Yahoo! mailbox has been drastically changed.
With this change the Yahoo! messenger becomes too much difficult to use. It's not at all user friendly and very cumbersome to use.
So, I want my Yahoo! messenger revert back to old simple to use Yahoo! messenger. I tried to find out option for doing it in settings but couldn't get it.
So can someone please help me in getting the Yahoo! messenger reverted back to old style Yahoo! messenger?

For the past three days, I have been unable to access my Yahoo! Mail account. The following is displayed upon each login attempt:
"It seems that we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in."
I contacted Yahoo! Customer Care but noone has responded yet. Can anyone suggest a remedy to this issue or a way to recover my account rapidly?

Around 10 years ago, Yahoo! used to have this email program for minors that my mom signed me up for. Since then they have discontinued the system, while I was still a minor. Because of that, I have been unable to access my email for about 5 years, and I stopped caring about the email. But today, I got an email from no-reply@cc.yahoo-inc.com saying
It looks like you haven't signed into 2*****************************b3 for quite some time. Please sign into your account on Yahoo! within the next 60 days if you'd like to keep your account active.
I noticed one main thing:
- My Yahoo! email wasn't

But I still decided to try to get my account back, and resetting my password I got it.
I checked my settings, and all the information from my old email is still there (like my name and a few other small things). So I tried to check my mail to see if it kept anything, but it redirected me to another page with a header of
Add a Yahoo! ID and email address
Upgrade your account by choosing a new Yahoo! ID / email address
Then requires that I set a new email address.
But now I am confused, why is my account name this long string of random characters, and not my old email?

Someone was hacked, the hacker changed the password, we tried resetting it. Yahoo says:
Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help
site to get back in.
What now? We submitted this form, anything else that can be done? And how long does it take for Yahoo to reply to our request?

I started a Yahoo! mail account a while ago. This was meant to be just a throwaway/spam email account. However, because it was easy to pass around, I ended up depending on it quite heavily.
