I want to give free consultations for people. I need web application that helps me to organize this so users can put requests and I will accept or decline it. Also will be good to have history and ratings for every consultation.

I haven't seen anywhere to set my visibility status. Is there the possibility and is that available for normal (not business) organizations' users?
By being invisible, I mean the status that other users cannot detect when I am online, away and/or offline.

I am administrator for a shop. We have a few employees but we use one email address for customers, shop@example.com
It would be nice to organize this in some way so that the employees can have their own email accounts, but still answer on emails that is received on the shops common email.
How to organize this in Gmail for Google Apps (the company edition of Gmail)? Any ideas?

I just got back from an overseas holiday for a month. I booked everything online including flights, other transport, and accommodation.
Each website gives you your own receipt (usually in an email) but it's difficult to get an overall picture of the holiday without organizing it yourself in a spreadsheet.
Are there any web apps that are useful for organizing all of this travel information into a single itinerary?

Usually there's a green dot on each user to tell whether he's online or not, I am no longer seeing that dot.
This happened a couple of weeks ago, just wondering if it's my browser or did Trello staff remove them?

All I want to do is edit the description of my boards. However the little pencil icon that used to appear on all boards now only appears on boards that have descriptions.

I am looking for a flexible web app that would allow me to keep track of all the local "chapters" of an organization (world wide). A multi-chapter website management software.
Ideally it would function like a CRM (e.g. Highrise, Capsule) but allow each "chapter" to update its own contact information online.
We would need the ability to create custom fields and control who has access to view / edit those fields.

We removed a member from our Organisation as they are no longer part of our team but there are a few boards that this person was the only administrator. How can we remove the boards or add a new administrator to the board if it was not done before they left.

I have an organization and would like to avoid that the organization members invite new members that are not supposed to be invited to this organization. Is there a way to make sure that only, for instance, the admins can invite new members to the organization and therefore keep control of who is joining the organization?

Is it possible to set the privileged of users as read-only? I have looked through the settings to no avail.
