It appears like this:

YouTube recently added the offline mode to its YouTube Android app in India and some other countries, but it doesn't allow all the videos to be downloaded for offline mode (for example a video from Google or Windows channel can be downloaded but not from the TED YouTube channel). Any idea why all videos can't be downloaded for the YouTube offline mode?

I need to create a Google Spreadsheet and share it with a set of computers connected to each other via a local network. Those computers are not connected to the internet. Is it possible to share a Google Spreadsheet between computers with no internet?
EDIT: I need a solution in which all the participants can edit the document simultaneously. Therefore I cannot just share a Microsoft Excel file. A magical format which allows simultaneous access and has the spreadsheet features will solve my problem.

Is there any web blog that I can use privately and securely? I would like to connect to my blog from any terminal and not risk losing it due to losing my computer. As a bonus is there any web blog within this set that somehow provides a capability for offline use in case I am unable to get to internet access for a while? Such a setup would be ideal for a world travel blogger.

I like using Google Maps on my laptop to navigate, but not everywhere I have internet access. Is there a way to use Google Maps when offline? I'd want to have the entire map database for my (small) country on a local file in my computer, and then to be able to use it without having to go online. Is that possible?
(I know that if you load Google Maps and browse around the map, then go offline, you can still look and move around the maps in the parts that were already downloaded, so maybe it's possible to use something like this on a bigger scale.)

Failing this, is there a workflow through which I can accomplish this, by like generating my own podcast that I subscribe to via iTunes?

I often have large chunks of text (like code or some data) that I want to do a diff on but am too lazy to create two new files, run diff
on them both, and then scan the output. Are there any good webapps that show you diffs? What about ones specifically for code? Or ones that do it completely in-browser to respect your privacy?
