Google Docs file upload limit

I am trying to load a 1.8 Mb .docx file into Google Docs and getting the following message:

"This file could not be imported because it is over the 1 MB limit."

I have no idea why this may be, because according to Google I am "currently using 1 MB (0%) of your 21504 MB". They also say "You can upload files up to 1024 MB. Files converted to Google Docs have smaller limits."

Googling that error message did not help.

Daily send limit for outlook.com with a custom domain?

Does anyone know the daily send limit when you've added a custom domain to outlook.com? I was planning on using http://domains.live.com to add an account, but I couldn't find a daily send limit anywhere. If this limit is very low, I'm not interested. Please let me know.

I know it is possible to define groups of friends. But how do I allow/exclude groups to see a photo-album ? Is it possible?

Facebook Pages have this restriction "Usernames must be at least 5 characters long" but there are lots with less chars like https://www.facebook.com/ford or https://www.facebook.com/nba

Just what the title says, the regular Gmail (unpaid) has a limit of 25MB on a file attachment.

Does the same limit apply to Gmail Enterprise accounts too?

Google Photos - using all of my quota

I have a 25 GB limit and have been uploading jpegs to Google Photos. I have set it in Google Photos options so they are uploaded as High quality (free unlimited storage), and verified that they are in fact less than 16mp (4096x4096) once uploaded. However I see now that I am using 88% of my quota (before I started uploading jpegs I was using about 3%). Does anyone know if this is a bug or am I doing something wrong? FWIW, I am using the jfriedl Picassa plugin to upload the jpegs from Adobe Lightroom 6.

When I do some cleanup in my Twitter contacts on Crowdfire, I sometimes get a popup that requires me to re-authenticate on Twitter (which requires me to enter the password). Sometimes clicking once to unfollow a single user is enough to trigger the reauthentication.
