In MS Word, how to prevent orpahned table headers at page bottom?

I'm using MS Word 2010 to write a document. I have a table with a header row (indicated as such, 'Header Rows Repeat'). Now, the table starts pretty low on the page, and Word decides to break it exactly after the header row. It really shouldn't... I don't want to altogether prevent tables from breaking across pages, just to prevent the situation in which I have an orphaned header row at the bottom.

Can this be done?

I'm also interested in an answer applicable to Word 2003 and 2007.

Logging all Firefox HTTP Request Headers?

I'm using Ruby+Watir to request pages through Firefox.

I would like to record the headers and content of every http request made through the browser.

Would it be possible to configure a proxy solution to store this information, either in a file or pipe it into an application?

I'm running Ubuntu x64.

// Edit:

I would like to store the data in logs because I would like to view it later. Preferably, I am looking for a solution that runs quietly in the background and stores the headers/content in files.

Cannot modify top/bottom space for header/footer in LibreOffice, and disabled Header/Footer after export to Office 2007

I have written my Thesis in LibreOffice. Everything is fine, but my University requires to provide the Thesis in a very specific format. In LibreOffice I cannot replicate the "From Top/From Bottom" space for header/footer. As a result the template is wrong and I need to fix it.

So, I saved the document as MS Word 2003 (from the LibreOffice) and opened the *.doc from my Office 2007 Word. In MS office I cannot change the page boundaries and to edit/change the Header/Footer. Specifically, the Edit Header/Edit Footer options are disabled on the Ribbon.

How can I solve that?

Is there an add-on for Excel to allow me to sort by an arbitrary column with a SINGLE click?

Windows Explorer allows you to sort by an column by clicking on the 'header' of that column so you can see files sorted by size or filename etc.

Excel on the other hand forces you to go through the Sort->Custom Sort window to get the same job done far less efficiently.

Is there a plugin for Excel (I use 2007) to enable an extra row so I can do this with a single click?

left and right aligned text with different page layouts

I want to make my template in Word 2010 as simple as possible for users. At the moment in the footer there is some text left aligned then a right tab stop for the page numbers. My issue is when I turn the page to landscape it uses the same tab stop instead of aligning to the right of the page (obviously). Is there a way that I can set the footer up so that it works in landscape and portrait? ie. Will left align the text and right align the page numbers automatically in both landscape and portrait page set-up.

Thanks,

What is vegur appearing in HTTP headers?

On some websites there are the following headers which consist vegur, e.g.

Via: 1.1 vegur

In here (check the headers) and also in that post.

I've tried to look for it, but I couldn't find it. Is this is generated by Varnish, some kind of reverse proxy or it's something else?

How do I view raw email headers in Outlook 2010?

Is it possible to view raw / complete email headers in Outlook 2010?

In Outlook 2007 you could go to View > Options, or right click on a message, then select Options, and "Internet Headers" could be viewed.

However, in Outlook 2010 there is no "Options" in the context menu nor can I find it elsewhere.

Has it been removed altogether or moved (hidden) someplace else?

Firefox does not render HTML if Content-Type HTTP Header is missing

I work with Water Treatment Controllers which have embedded web servers. Some controller's that I try to connect to using Firefox do not render the HTML that is returned from the web server. Instead, Firefox (v11) displays the HTML as raw text. Other browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari) render the HTML fine. Firefox v2 rendered the HTML fine, too.

In troubleshooting the problem, I discovered that the controllers that Firefox do not render HTML for have invalid Response Headers. Specifically, the entire set of Response Headers is no more than...

200 OK

The Response Headers from the other controllers that Firefox correctly renders HTML look like...

Date: Mon, 6 Jan 2012 07:08:47 GMT
Server: Z-World Rabbit
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html

200 OK

It's obvious to me that Firefox is not rendering the HTML if/when the Response Header does not contain the Content-Type: text/html mime type field.

Since I am unable to change the Response Headers that are returned from the controllers, I would like to know if there is a setting in Firefox that will tell Firefox to render content as HTML even if the Content-Type: is missing from the Response Header.

Don't break header/footer when making page landscape format

I have a document with a footer with page numbering and a header with some centered text.

Long story short: I flipped one page to landscape format.

Long story long: I made a forced page break to get a blank page. I then highlighted this page (that is, I highlighted the empty line on this page) and went to the page proporties menu window, clicked on the landscape format button, and chose to apply this setting for the highlighted text only.

The result: All that is of course no big deal, and my page is flipped the 90 degrees as wished - but my header and footer break! They disappear from this page... and actually also from the next page (which is still upright portrait format), which is weird. And then the header and footer is back on the following pages again, though the page numbering restarts from 1.

Image of screenshot

On this screenshot you can see that the previous and the following pages have headers and footers, but not the flipped one and not the page following the flipped one.

What just happened here?

How can I make the page numbering continue without restarting first of all, and then, how can I keep the header and footer on at least the upright page, that suddenly doesn't have them?
