Is it possible to print HTML pages with custom headers and footers on each printed page?
I'd like to add the word "UNCLASSIFIED" in red, Arial, size 16pt to the top and bottom of every printed page, regardless of the content.
To clarify, if the document was printed onto 5 pages, each page should have the custom header and footer.
Does anybody know if this is possible using HTML/CSS?

I came across the following header format for Python source files in a document about Python coding guidelines:
#!/usr/bin/env python
"""Foobar.py: Description of what foobar does."""
__author__ = "Barack Obama"
__copyright__ = "Copyright 2009, Planet Earth"
Is this the standard format of headers in the Python world?
What other fields/information can I put in the header?
Python gurus share your guidelines for good Python source headers :-)

I have ListView that has some kind of events on it. Events are sorted by day, and I would like to have header with date on it for every day, and then events listen below.
Here is how I populate that list:
ArrayList<TwoText> crs = new ArrayList<TwoText>();
crs.add(new TwoText("This will be header", event.getDate()));
for (Event event : events) {
crs.add(new TwoText(event.getStartString() + "-" + event.getEndString(), event.getSubject()));
}
arrayAdapter = new TwoTextArrayAdapter(this, R.layout.my_list_item, crs);
lv1.setAdapter(arrayAdapter);
and this is how my class TwoText looks:
public class TwoText {
public String classID;
public String state;
public TwoText(String classID, String state) {
this.classID = classID;
this.state = state;
}
}
and this is how my TwoTextArrayAdapter class looks:
import java.util.ArrayList;
import android.app.Activity;
import android.content.Context;
import android.view.LayoutInflater;
import android.view.View;
import android.view.ViewGroup;
import android.widget.ArrayAdapter;
import android.widget.TextView;
public class TwoTextArrayAdapter extends ArrayAdapter<TwoText> {
private ArrayList<TwoText> classes;
private Activity con;
TextView seperator;
public TwoTextArrayAdapter(Activity context, int textViewResourceId, ArrayList<TwoText> classes) {
super(context, textViewResourceId, classes);
this.con = context;
this.classes = classes;
}
@Override
public View getView(int position, View convertView, ViewGroup parent) {
View v = convertView;
if (v == null) {
LayoutInflater vi = (LayoutInflater) con.getSystemService(Context.LAYOUT_INFLATER_SERVICE);
v = vi.inflate(R.layout.my_list_item, null);
}
TwoText user = classes.get(position);
if (user != null) {
TextView content1 = (TextView) v.findViewById(R.id.list_content1);
TextView content2 = (TextView) v.findViewById(R.id.list_content2);
if (content1 != null) {
content1.setText(user.classID);
}
if(content2 != null) {
content2.setText(user.state);
}
}
return v;
}
}
and this is my_list_item.xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<LinearLayout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent"

android:paddingTop="1dip"

android:textColor="#6d6d6d"
android:textSize="17dip" />
</LinearLayout>
</LinearLayout>
what I do at the moment is that I am adding header just as regular list object, but Id like it to be as header and in my case have a date on it.
I have this code in my xml for header:
<TextView
style="?android:attr/listSeparatorTextViewStyle"
android:id="@+id/separator"
android:text="Header"
android:layout_width="fill_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:background="#757678"
android:textColor="#f5c227" />
and I tried hiding it when it is unneccessary and showing it when neccessary but I just messed up rest of my code. I tried few more tutorials but they also had same effect.
Could anyone guide me on how to do that easy way?

Any good suggestions? Input will be the name of a header file and output should be a list (preferably a tree) of all files including it directly or indirectly.

I am working on a large C++ project in Visual Studio 2008, and there are a lot of files with unnecessary #include
directives. Sometimes the #include
s are just artifacts and everything will compile fine with them removed, and in other cases classes could be forward declared and the #include could be moved to the .cpp
file. Are there any good tools for detecting both of these cases?

How do I prevent from including header files twice? The problem is I'm including the in MyClass.h and then I'm including MyClass.h in many files, so it includes multiple times and redefinition error occurs. How to prevent?
I'm using #pragma once instead of include guards, and I guess that's fine.
MyClass.h:
// MyClass.h
#pragma once
#include <winsock2.h>
class MyClass
{
// methods
public:
MyClass(unsigned short port);
virtual ~MyClass(void);
};

So I've got this jQuery AJAX call, and the response comes from the server in the form of a 302 redirect. I'd like to take this redirect and load it in an iframe, but when I try to view the header info with a javascript alert, it comes up null, even though firebug sees it correctly.
Here's the code, if it'll help:
$j.ajax({
type: 'POST',
url:'url.do',
data: formData,
complete: function(resp){
alert(resp.getAllResponseHeaders());
}
});
I don't really have access to the server-side stuff in order to move the URL to the response body, which I know would be the easiest solution, so any help with the parsing of the header would be fantastic.

Alternate titles to aid search
- Xcode can't find header
- Missing .h in Xcode
- Xcode .h file not found
- lexical or preprocessor issue file not found
I'm working on an iOS application project which came from Xcode 3. I have now moved to Xcode 4 my project builds a number of static libraries.
Those static libraries also declare public headers and those headers are used by the application code. In Xcode 3.x the headers were copied (as a build phase) to the public headers directory
, then in the application project the public headers directory
was added to the headers search list
.
Under Xcode 4 the build directory is moved to ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/my-project
.
The problem is how do I reference this new location in the headers search settings? It seems that:
public headers directory
is relative to DerivedData
directory, but
headers search
directory is relative to something else (possibly the project location)
How should I set up a static library target for iOS development in Xcode 4 that will ensure the header files are made available to the clients that use the static library when trying to compile as a dependancy?

I have created a JAR file in this way jar cf jar-file input-files
. Now, I'm trying to run it. Running it does not work (jre command is not found):
jre -cp app.jar MainClass
This does not work either:
java -jar main.jar
(Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from main.jar).
I also found out that
To run an application packaged as a
JAR file (version 1.2 -- requires
Main-Class manifest header)
What is the "Main-Class manifest header"? How do I create it and where do I put it?

When I try to add a HTTP header key/value pair on a WebRequest
object, I get the following exception:
This header must be modified using the appropriate property
I've tried adding new values to the Headers
collection by using the Add() method but I still get the same exception.
webRequest.Headers.Add(HttpRequestHeader.Referer, "http://stackoverflow.com");
I can get around this by casting the WebRequest object to a HttpWebRequest and setting the properties such as httpWebReq.Referer ="http://stackoverflow.com"
, but this only works for a handful of headers that are exposed via properties.
I'd like to know if there's a way to get a finer grained control over modifying headers with a request for a remote resource.

If I have a source.c file with a struct:
struct a
{
int i;
struct b
{
int j;
}
};
How can this struct be used in another file (i.e. func.c
)?
Should I create a new header file, declare the struct there and include that header in func.c
?
Or should I define the whole struct in a header file and include that in both source.c
and func.c
? How can the struct be declared extern
in both files?
Should I typedef
it? If so, how?

I am designing a website (e.g. mywebsite.com) and this site loads font-face fonts from another site (say anothersite.com). I was having problems with the font face font loading in Firefox and I read on this blog:
Firefox (which supports @font-face
from v3.5) does not allow cross-domain
fonts by default. This means the font
must be served up from the same domain
(and sub-domain) unless you can add an
“Access-Control-Allow-Origin” header
to the font.
How can I set the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header to the font?

Is there any way to remove "Server" response header from IIS7? There are some articles showing that using HttpModules we can achieve the same thing. This will be helpful if we don't have admin right to server. Also I don't want to write ISAPI filter.
I have admin rights to my server. So I don't want to do the above stuff. So, please help me to do the same.
