Does Google Bookmarks show us how many total bookmarks we have?
I've searched high and low for such a basic feature that I think it is really weird that there isn't such a feature!

Google added a good feature for their bookmarks called lists, which will let me organize my bookmarks better.
Is there a way I can bookmark an URL directly to one of my Google Bookmarks lists?
Hope there is a bookmarklet, Chrome Extension or through Google Toolbar.

There appears to be two distinct sets of bookmarks maintained by Google. If you visit Google Notebook or Google Bookmarks you get one set. And if you sync Chrome accounts you get another. My question is: how can I get one set of bookmarks maintained on Google's web apps and through Chrome? I want to be able to access the bookmarks I have synced with Chrome from a web app when I'm using a public computer.

I would like to find out if Google Bookmarks has any public lists worth following. Unfortunately, it doesn't have anything for rating lists or recommmended lists ect. Does anyone have any ideas for finding lists with good quality content?

Google Bookmarks had recently merged all the bookmarks in lists as bookmarks with labels MyBookmarkList
.
How do we search for (and delete) all bookmarks that have the label MyBookmarkList
, yet have no other labels besides that?
Searching for label:MyBookmarkList
doesn't work because it returns bookmarks that belong in the other labels as well.

I use Google Bookmarks and I’d need a way to sort all my lists in alphabetical order.
The "My lists" current has itself sorted in last modified order... and although that’s useful, it is more useful to list it in alphabetical order.

Is it possible to copy all my delicious bookmarks to Google Bookmarks, while preserving the delicious tags as Google labels? It is easy enough to export as HTML and import again, but the tags get lost in the process.

When you 'add to google bookmarks' a URL, it brings up a separate small window/ form on your browser and in the ‘label’ field of that form (like tagging) it will auto complete each label you attempt to enter (or suggest a label as you type), if you have already created it in google bookmarks previously.
However I have noticed in the last week this feature does not work, it just lets you type freely with no suggestion or auto fill.
Now when you go to your google bookmarks homepage & edit a bookmark, the field 'label' is also there and the same facility of auto complete (& suggest a label) from labels you have already created, is normally also there, again the feature is not working.
If anyone knows why Google has removed this or if there is a way of forcing it back?
I know this does not currently work on Chrome or Firefox
EDIT:
For some reason, most of these google bookmarks autocomplete questions have been "flagged" by "Community"
The answer here is that the autocomplete has been turned off.
In Chrome:
Hit F12. ( Or go to Wrench, Tools, Developer Tools. )
Search for autocomplete
Change "off" to "on". Close the developer window. ( I had to double-click the "off" to edit it.)
back to the bookmarklet, and labels populate.
There is only one autocomplete in the F12 window.
Someone open this question again please?

How can I sync Diigo with Google Bookmarks without having to manually import/export continuously?

Note: this is not a chrome question, it's a google docs question.
How do I import my google.com/bookmarks into the docs folder that is used by chrome to sync bookmarks?

The title pretty much summarizes what I want to know. Long time ago, I remember something called Google Custom Search, but I'm afraid that Google shut down that service too.
Anyway, I love to bookmark on Google Bookmarks and also I like that Google keeps a record of every single search that I make, but it seems that Google Search doesn't want to include them on my normal queries.
I want to know if I can configure to do that. No plugins, no URLs other than Google.com. Is this possible? If so, please tell me how.

Delicious used to be amazing, but now sucks. I'm looking for a decent alternative that does
- tag clouds,
- auto-complete on tags
- and generally has the amazing goodness that delicious had in 2009+.
I tried Diigo, but found the interface awkward an non-intuitive. I'm now trying Google Bookmarks, but the "import delicious bookmarks" feature isn't working .
- screen-shot 1 is import failed try via del.icio.us username
- screen-shot 2 is import failed try via Yahoo OAuth

Alternatively, Google Bookmarks provides a weird manual import process that forces you to
- download your bookmarks
- import those bookmarks into FF,
- then use FF's Google Toolbar to pass FF Bookmarks to "Google Bookmarks". It's bad enough that the alternative to the broken import function, is forcing me to install Google Toolbar to import some bookmarks. The kicker is that Google Toolbar doesn't work for my version of FF (5+).
I've seen this older post, Moving delicious bookmarks to google bookmarks , describing the method. But that seems to be the same "not-working-delicious" function that Google Bookmarks started using.
Is there a sane, working way to import delicious bookmarks (with tags), to Google Bookmarks?

I would like to export my Google Bookmarks in to Kifi. Unfortunately, Kifi doesn't have such an option. However, they do allow imports from Pocket, Delicious, Kippit, Instapaper or Pinboard. However, none of these appear to have a method of importing bookmarks from Google Bookmarks. How can I transfer my data over?

In Google bookmarks, how to rename a tag to two new tags? I.e. for each of the bookmark tagged 'foo', I'd like 'foo' deleted for it and two new tags 'new1' and 'new2' added.
