I'm using Google Apps for my company. Is it possible to track the users' activity on my domain? (Search history, activity log, email, etc.)

I want to activate Google+ on my Google Apps account. It does not have, an "organization and users" tab which would allow me to enable Google+.

What must I do?

Can't see e-mails sent from me to my alias in google apps

I've set up an alias for automated e-mail delivery from a Linux box.

When an e-mail is sent from me@mydomain.com (using my Google Apps credentials) to my_alias@mydomain.com I can see it on my sent mail folder and not in inbox, where I expected it to be.

How can I change that so I'd be able to receive the automated e-mails?

Can a Google for Work account be changed to a personal account?

I'm tired of running into the limitations of having my account as a "Google for Work" account and would like to convert it to a personal account. Is this possible?

If not, is there any way to migrate the current email address along with Google Play, Google Apps and other and so on to another account?

How do I skip footer for specific email addresses in Google Apps for Work?

In my Google Apps for Work I have a site-wide footer for outgoing email with the footer our lawyers told us to put in email. When you send an email to info@ we forward it to a special address that Freshdesk gave us so it turns into a Freshdesk ticket, the problem is that the footer gets attached and it looks like the footer came from the user when we reply to them or they look at the ticket. It looks horrible, unprofessional and takes space in the screen.

Is there any way to avoid this?

Should I pay for Google Apps if I use my company domain?

I registered for Google Apps a long time ago, when it was free for your small company.

Recently I learned about Google Apps for Work, I feel this is a rebranding of Google Apps, correct me if I'm wrong.

Can I use Google Apps for free with the advent of Google Apps for Work?

How can I contact Gmail support team?

I've been trying to contact the Gmail support team. I'm a paying customer, using their Gmail for small business.

I cannot in the life of me figure out how one can contact them (by email or phone). I do not live in the US.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

How long does Google for Work take to release an alias?

I want to remove an alias from a Google for Work account and create it as its own Google for Work account. How long, after I remove the alias, will Google take to release it for use in another account?

I understand that this is totally unpredictable but do we have any data of how long it took for other people to do this recently?

Does the "Groups for Business" service have a fee if you are already an Apps For Business customer?

Is there a fee to enable "Groups for Business" if you already have a Google Apps for Business domain, or is it simply a service that can be turned on or off?

What is the aftermath of canceling a Google Apps / Google for Work subscription

What happens to myname@mycompany.com google account after our Google for Work subscription is cancelled? Can I somehow preserve some aspect of it for future use, or can I recreate a new personal google account with that email id? I am also interested in knowing what other fallout will occur with a switch away from Google for Work, considering that my company has been using it for 6 years since it's inception.

Clarifications:

My company is likely going to migrate from Google for Work to Office 365 for email + productivity suite (don't ask me why, ugh), and we have several users who have come to rely on their Google for Work accounts to login to other sites and services, and I want to know what is going to happen if we cancel our Google for Work subscription for those users. For example, when I login to Trello, Stack Exchange, Bitbucket and many many more services, I don't put in a password, I use the "login with google" option and a lot of services are linked to my google account.

I am also very interested in knowing any other pain points regarding switches away from google.

How to enable Inbox by Gmail for a Google for Work account?

I want to enable Inbox by Gmail for my Google for Work account. This page tells me that it's available and how to find the checkbox to enable it. https://support.google.com/a/answer/6082718

I followed the steps provided on that page, but I don't see the checkbox Inbox by Gmail within Apps > Google Apps > Settings for Gmail > Advanced settings > End User Settings enter image description here From my gmail account I already sent an invite to my Google for Work email address.

Do I need to wait a bit longer or is the checkbox to be found somewhere else?

Google App for Business Gmail vs Classic Gmail

We are in transition to move on to Google Apps. I and also my coworkers have been using Gmail for quite some time now. We imported email our company mail accounts in our Gmail and things work smoothly.

I created standard account for Google Apps for Business to give it a try before migrating to Premier Edition. But there are couple of thing bothering me. They did such a good work with classic Gmail. Especially with contact management and GUI is also very comfortable to work with. But in Google Apps for Business Gmail frontend is like Gmail 2 years ago. Is there any good reason for this? Will this stay this way? Because its really unorthodox to have classic Gmail for free with all these features and when you pay you are transported back to the past. I haven't tried Premier Edition but I guess it has the same user interface. Do any of you have insight in this topic?

Google Sheets: how to resolve emails to user names

We have a Google Apps account for our organization. When you create a Google Form using your Apps account, there is a helpful option to have the form capture the user's email address when the form is submitted. Now, it shows up like this in the resulting spreadsheet:

Timestamp Username Question 1

3/11/2016 22:28:18 username@domain.com Option 1

However, I'm trying to find a way resolve that email address to a user's first and last name. It would be helpful if there were a formula, or a Google Scripts script, that could add another column that has the user's real name, resolved from the email address. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Users can't reset their passwords anymore on Google Apps?

I did incorrectly activate (and then deactivate) a third-party SSO on a Google Apps account (aka linked to a domain name). Now that the third-party SSO is deactivated, users can log again into their Google Apps accounts; however, when a user tries to change her password, she keeps being redirected to the "old" third-party SSO URL. This is very odd because the third-party SSO is now deactivated in the Google Admin console.

How can I restore the initial behavior concerning password reset for Google Apps accounts?

Use Google Groups Without Revealing Member Emails

I would like to embed a Google Group for Business Q & A forum in my website.

My website is based on users not knowing each others' emails addresses. However, when someone posts a question to the Google Group Q & A forum, all members are sent an email notification where the "from" field is the email address of the poster. I can't have this since I don't want the users knowing each others' email addresses.

Are there any suggestions for embedding a Google Group Q&A while still keeping member email addresses concealed (can't I send the notification emails from the group email address or something)? Any workarounds?
