I posted a photo and tagged a friend. Her friend (whom I don't know) commented on it. I don't like that non-friends can somehow comment on my photos just because they are friends with my friend. Is there a way to block (at least) the comment part? Do I have to un-tag my friend to disallow comments?

I have deleted all my photos and albums from my Facebook profile in order to do some "spring cleaning" and I have realised that even if I have 0 photos it still says: "3 Photos of you", "36 photos", "12 albums".

I would like to know if I can remove the counts somehow, as my friends are telling me I do not want to show my pictures to them.

I recall seeing this option when I created my album, but I don't know how to get back to it. If you email the photo album to a friend, it makes them sign up before they can view it.

I want to delete the date of a particular album, but I can't. I can only delete the month and day, but the year is still there? How to delete it completely?

The new Facebook photo upload tool can read timestamps from the EXIF data when creating a new album. That is awesome, especially for large albums.
However, when adding more photos to an existing album, the feature is still available, but doesn't seem to work. The uploaded photos will remain dated the same as the album date.
Is there another way of automatically date-tagging bulks of Facebook photos when adding to an existing album?

I have a photo from a guy I want to tag, but we are not friends and I don’t want us to become friends on Facebook only so I can tag him.
We have a friend in common, so we are related.
But when I type his name on the tag, Facebook suggests me people I don’t even have mutual friends with.
Is there a way to tag a specific person on a photo? Maybe something like @[[user.id]]
?

I believe that recent updates have removed this functionality.
Are there any tools (1st party or otherwise) that can reverse the order of an existing photo album on Facebook?

I already have some photos posted, quite a lot. As my group of 'friends' has grown I only have created a group for close friends and family. I now want to only show this group some of the photos - so :
- can I move the photos to the group?
or
- can I restrict the photos I have already uploaded to just that group?
I realise there is a 'subscriptions' facility now so I don't have to add new aquaintances to friends

I uploaded a picture and posted it on my wall but I realized that I uploaded the wrong copy of the picture. Is there anyway I can "update" the picture in that post without actually have it show up as a completely new post?
I want to keep all of the comments, etc links to the photo. Is this possible?

I was browsing a photo album on Facebook and did some tag request. In hindsight, I noticed that I mistook the last name, so now I have issued a bunch of false tag request. I do not see an obvious way to remove those tag requests.
How do I cancel these photo tag requests?

Is there a way to block your friends from seeing who liked your photos on Facebook, but still see the number of likes? I mean "1000 people like X's photo" but not showing who.

In Facebook if you check a friend’s number of photos or albums that he/she has uploaded you will realize the number which is show by Facebook differ from what is visible to you and you can count. From Facebook help centre and other guides I found the 2 reasons below.
- Your friend has limited the audience who can view particular photos or videos.
- About tagged photos:
- Either your friend or your friends of friend limited the audience.
- The friend, who had tagged your friend in a photo, now has inactive account.
Even in my own profile I can see this discrepancy between the real number of albums I have and the number Facebook displays. I think Facebook counts Deleted albums and includes the number of deleted albums in the number it displays on your profile.
What do you think?

When you click on a photo post on Facebook, it pops up the modal window. You can see the comments on the right. When people leave photo comments, and you click on them, how do you go back to the original photo/post you first opened?
What I've tried
- Hitting the Escape key doesn't work (closes the entire popup)
- Hitting the Backspace key doesn't work (closes the entire popup)
- Hitting left/right doesn't work (just scrolls through commenters posts)
Any ideas on how to do this?

I used to be able to just edit an album and drag photos about to reorder them. Now, whenever I click on a photo, it just wants to tag it rather than let me drag it.
How can I reorder the photos in a shared album?
(This may only be an issue with newly created albums.)
